This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 17 of 2012 of Bibinagar Police Station, Nalgonda district, for alleged offences under section 420 and 506 of IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet.
4. In view of completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as ‘infructuous’ giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
