1. This petition has been preferred seeking the following reliefs;
"(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing and setting aside the selection procedure in respect of Advertisement No.6/2010-11 dated 04.03.2011, which is at Annexure-G.
(b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction to respondents no.4 to 7 not to terminate the services of the petitioner no.1 in view of order dated 04.07.2011 passed by this Hon'ble Court in S.C.A. No.15917 of 2010."

Admittedly, no vacancies are left for the General category candidates and since the petitioners herein belong to the said category, they could not be accommodated. The order dated 04.07.2011 passed in S.C.A. No.15917/2010 preferred by the petitioners is in operation. For ready reference, the same is reproduced hereunder;
"Heard learned advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties.
I have considered submissions made by all learned advocates appearing on behalf of respective parties, considering question raised and involved in present petition which requires detailed examination by this Court, hence, RULE.
Expedited.
Meanwhile, it is directed to respondent Nos.4 to 6 to maintain status-quo in respect of service of petitioners those who are at present working with respondent Nos.4 to 6."

In view of the above position, it is observed that if the respondents propose to take any adverse steps against the petitioners, then before taking any steps, they shall approach this Court by way of appropriate application. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of. Direct service permitted.
