This Civil Revision Petition arises out of Order, dated 02.04.2014, in IA.No.1020 of 2013 in IA.No.2095 of 2010 in IA.Nos.2930 of 2009 in OS.No.382 of 1996, on the file of the Court of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.
At the hearing, Mr.P.Satyanarayana representing Mrs.N(P). Anjana Devi, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that in view of disposal of the suit itself by the lower Court, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
Recording the above-submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, CRPMP.No.3855 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
