This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to quash the judgment and order dated 14.3.2019 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.7, Ghaziabad in Complaint Case No. 2265 of 2017 (Pooja vs. Suresh), under Section 12 Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghaziabad.
Statutory remedy has been provided under section-29 of the Domestic Violence Act for preferring appeal against the ex-parte order passed by the lower court of first instance. At this stage, rushing straightway before this Court under Section-482 Cr.P.C. is not justified.
With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
