1. Counter affidavit has been filed today by learned AGA is taken on record.
2. Heard Ms. Pragya Pandey, learned counsel for applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the material available on record.
3. The present bail application has been moved by accused-applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 1056 of 2015, under Sections 498-A, 304B I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 Police Station Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra.
3. Informant has supported FIR version and extra-judicial confession of deceased about poison having been administered by in-laws and medical report also fortifying death by poison.
4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find it a fit case where applicant should be enlarged on bail.
5. Subject to above observation, bail application of applicant is rejected.
