Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri R.C.Upadhyay for the Gaon Sabha as also learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
From the submissions made, it transpires that the chak road is being constructed in front of the petitioner's house, although, it is sought to be argued that this road has also being constructed over the portion of the land, which has been allotted to the petitioner for an abadi site. However, there is no material on record to indicate the same.
In my considered opinion, petitioner in case so advised, may seek a demarcation by means of a proper application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands, disposed of.
