Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent no. 2 to 4 to decide the Computer case No. T201915510103850 as well as case No. 03850 of 2019, Chandra Shekhar Vs. Gram Sabha under Section 101 of the aforesaid Act, expeditiously pending before the court of respondent No. 3, in view of the order dated 05.03.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in writ-C No. 6878 of 2019.
Insofar as the second part of the relief quoted above, namely directions for expediting the proceedings under Section 101 of the Revenue Code, 2006, instituted by the respondents is concerned, it has been submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the said case has been decided finally and the application has been rejected. The relief in this regard therefore, stands rendered infructuous. Only the relief claimed regarding removal of encroachment survives for consideration by this Court.
Under the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to execute the order under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 passed against the respondents 6 to 9 within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before them.
