This Criminal Petition coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, he seeks to withdraw the petition as the petitioner wants to go and surrender before the trial Court and move for regular bail.
The said submission is recorded.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file regular bail application before the trial Court. In the event of filing such application, the trial Court is directed to decide the said application expeditiously.
