Heard Mr. Buch, learned Advocate for petitioners and Mr. Merchant, learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Mr. Upadhyaya, learned Advocate for respondent No.9.
It is submitted that the persons aggrieved by the impugned order preferred review application before the respondent No.9. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent No.9 that the hearing of the said application is scheduled for today and it has been listed on the cause list for hearing today.
Under the circumstances, the proceedings of present petition are adjourned to 12th July 2012 so as to ascertain the progress or outcome of the said review application.
