Suresh vs M. Sahai

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) This matter has been directed by the Apex Court to be finally heard. However, the office has not been able to prepare paper book and has prayed for further time of three months to supply paper book. Therefore, the matter is released so that there may be no requirement of filing translated copy of the paper book and the appeal may be decided expeditiously. Therefore, list this Appeal before a bench of which one of us (V.M.Sahai,J) is not a member, after obtaining nomination from the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
