The grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision No. C201601001462 (Amar Singh and another vs. Suresh) under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act which is pending since 2016 is not being decided and therefore a prayer is made that the Revision No. C201601001462 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No. C201601001462 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
