1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed with a direction to decide the protest petition in Case No.797 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No.788 of 2017 under Sections 147, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station-Pilkhuwa, District-Hapur, pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hapur.
3. Applicant's protest petition is claimed to be pending since 16.07.2018.
4. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present application is disposed of, with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate to decide the aforesaid protest petition, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
