Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner is working as constable in Armed Police. By the instant petition, petitioner assails the appellate order dated 4 January 2019 passed by the third respondent, Inspector General of Police, Kanpur Range, Kanpur, affirming the minor penalty imposed by the disciplinary authority.
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order is revisable under the Uttar Pradesh Police Officers of the Subordinate Ranks (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1991.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with the Rules 1991.
