Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned notice appointed the arbitrator dated 22.3.2021 and 26.4.2021."
Perusal of the notices dated 22.3.2021 and 26.4.2021 reveal that first notice was issued to the petitioner by respondent no.2 seeking to appoint an arbitrator with respect to certain dispute pending between the parties. Second notice has been issued by the arbitrator, thus appointed by respondent no.3.
In view of the facts noted above, the writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek such remedy as may be available to them under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 which is a complete Code in itself.
