The present revision has been filed by the revisionist against the order dated 22.9.2018 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur in Criminal Misc. Case No.210/2017 (Suresh Vs. Sushila) and Case No.477/2015 (Sushila Vs. Suresh) passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court in Criminal Case No.852/2015, under Section 125, Cr.P.C. as well as under Section 126(II), Cr.P.C.
The submission is that during the pendency of the recall/restoration application of the applicant before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghazipur in Criminal Misc. Case No.210/2017 recovery warrants have been issued.
The recovery warrants are kept in abeyance for a period of one month during which the court below shall decide the recall/restoration application of the applicant by a reasoned order after hearing the parties.
The revision stands disposed of.
