If the appellants are not available at their address given in the cause title, there are no means for the Corut to reach or inform them. The appeal is one of the year 1980.
Since no one has appeared for the appellants, it is apparent that the appellants have lost interest in pursuing the appeal.
This appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution. The interim order dated 05.11.1980 is hereby vacated.
Let this order be communicated to the Trial Judge concerned, through the District Judge, Bareilly by the Registrar (Compliance), within next 24 hours.
