An application for withdrawal of the writ petition, has been moved, which is duly supported by the personal affidavit of the sole petitioner annexing therewith copy of the settlement entered into between the parties as annexure 1 to the affidavit.
It is prayed by the counsel for petitioner that since compromise has been arrived at between the parties, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
The counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection.
For the reasons stated therein, the aforesaid application is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted if any, stands discharged.
