This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the Charge Sheet No. 2/2005 dated 09.01.2015 filed by the Investigating Officer before Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad and Cognizance taken by the Magistrate on 30.01.2018 and further for staying the further proceedings in Case No. 518/2018 (State vs. Suresh Patel and others) relating to Case Crime No. 581/2014, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 447, 427, 511 IPC, P.S. Ghoorpur, District Allahabad pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the applicant failed to point out any illegality or infirmity in the order of the court below taking cognizance/charge-sheet.
Learned A.G.A. would submit that the offences is bailable.
In the circumstances, the application is, accordingly, dismissed.
