Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No. 1 to decide the case no. 684 of 2014 (Sureshanand Giri Vs. Pradumn Giri and others) Under Section 34 L.R. Act in respect of village Baraundha, Pargana Kantit, Tehsil Sadar, District Mirzapur, within any stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
It has been stated that a mutation application filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2013.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the mutation application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
