JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Navendu Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Raebareli.
The petitioner, who claims herself to be sister of deceased employee late Suresh Kumar, is claiming compassionate appointment.
The death of employee had occurred in the month of September, 2005 as such claiming compassionate appointment after a lapse of period of 11 years is not legally permissible.
Accordingly, the writ petition being highly misconceived is dismissed.
