Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.K. Pandey, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take action against the respondent no. 5 who has encroached upon the pond and Gram Sabha land as per U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act and the Rules.
This writ petition is absolutely vague as the relevant revenue records have not been annexed with the writ petition and even in the prayer clause the Arazi number etc. has not been disclosed.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition with complete details and also by annexing relevant documents.
No costs.
