1. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his restoration application for mutation being Mutation Case No. 505/344 of 2009 (Sushila Devi Vs. Suresh Kumar), filed under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, before respondent no.1-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Handia, District-Allahabad, has remained pending since 2014.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Handia, District- Allahabad, to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, provided that the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and cooperates in the proceedings.
