2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation has already been completed and final report would be filed within a period of two months. The said statement is recorded.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The respondent police is directed to file the final report in Crime No.1549 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
