Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondent authorities to remove the illegal encroachment made by sixth respondent over the land in question, which is recorded as chak road.
On the matter being taken up, Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel has placed the instructions dated 30th April, 2019 sent by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Soraon, Prayagraj annexing therewith relevant photographs and on the basis of which he has tried to contend that the encroachment on the spot has been removed by the opposite parties.
In view of above, nothing further survives in this petition. However, it is always open to the applicant, if he is still aggrieved, to file appropriate application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the appropriate forum.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
