Heard counsel for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to direct the respondents specially respondent no. 2 to permit the petitioner to discharge his duties on the post of class- IV employees. It is argued that after the death of the father of the petitioner the petitioner was issued a letter of appointment by the respondent no. 2 namely District Basic Education Officer, Fatehpur on 17.10.2007. It is argued that time and again petitioner tried to join the institution but on one ground or other the institutional authorities are not permitting the petitioner to join his duties.
Heard counsel for the parties and perused the records.
With the consent of counsel for the parties the present writ petition is disposed of finally with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh comprehensive representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent no. 2, Basic Shiksha Adhikari, District Fatehpur within a period of three weeks' from today along with self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the respondent no. 2 within the time indicated herein-above, he shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner before him.
