JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Shashi Kant,J.
In the present writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the vires of Rules 88 and 89 of the U.P. Sugarcane (Regulations of Supply and Purchase) Rules, 1984. Therefore, we are of the view that the matter is cognizable by a Bench presided by Hon'ble The Chief Justice.
Put up tomorrow as fresh before the Bench of Hon'ble The Chief Justice.
