An order under Section 133 Cr.P.C. has already been passed by the concerned authority, i.e. the S.D.M. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order is not being executed.
In our view, the S.D.M. is competent enough to get his order executed. For the said purpose writ jurisdiction cannot be invoked.
The writ petition has no merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
