Called in revise. None appeared to press the writ petition. However, Sri Mahboob Ahmad, learned counsel for the respondents is present. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing recovery citation issued on 04.10.2012 passed by the Tehsildar Sakaldiha, District Chandauli fixing the date to appear on 18.10.2012 (Annexure No. 14 to this writ petition);
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus the respondents to connect the connection of Electricity of Pumping set with load 5 H.P. Connection No. 3781/625910;
(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to recover the amount till the inspection/ inquiry giving reasonable opportunity of hearing and up to final assessment of Electricity Charges without deciding the objection dated 30.07.2009."
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above reliefs. No interference, therefore, is called for.
