The controversy raised in the present writ petition has already been decided by Lucknow Bench of this Court in a bunch of writ petitions with leading writ petition being Service Single No. 13029 of 2020, decided on 02.09.2021. It appears that the State Government has also issued a consequential Government Order on 8th October, 2021.
Since the controversy raised in the present writ petition is identical, this petition is also disposed of in terms of the judgement dated 02.09.2021, passed in Service Single No. 13029 of 2020 and the respondents shall take necessary steps in accordance with the subsequent Government Orders in light of the above referred judgement within a period of three months.
