JUDGMENT / ORDER

.....Respondent/ Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.253 of 2013 on the file of Police Station, Madikonda Warangal District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments o f SRI A. PRABHAKAR RAO Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:-
The petitioner is the sole accused. He allegedly committed offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC. He is involved in 20 cases in all. He filed anticipatory bail in all the cases. All the petitions are disposed of today. The offences alleged against the petitioner are triable by a Judicial Magistrate of First Class.
The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to my notice that the petitioner suffered heart attack and has been undergoing treatment in the Care Hospital. The learned counsel for the petitioner also produced medical record of the petitioner.
In view of the medical condition of the petitioner, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
The petitioner shall surrender before the VII Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned Magistrate shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum to his/her satisfaction.
