Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Attorney appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2. No notice is being issued to 3rd respondent in view of the order which is being passed.
2. Petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner or call him upon to the police station unnecessarily.
3. Learned State Attorney after obtaining instructions submitted that the 1st respondent-Sub Inspector of Police has joined only on 23.09.2014 and no complaint has been received against the petitioner nor the 1st respondent who joined duty in the police station in question only on 23.09.2014 has summoned the petitioner. He further submits that no steps are being taken as on date against the petitioner by the 1st respondent.

In view of the above statement, we see no reason to continue the writ proceedings. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
