O R D E R
This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4247 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Erode-III dated 17.03.2016, relating to the execution of bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood sureties each for the like sum, which shall stand modified as under:-
"(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Erode-III. “ The other conditions stands unaltered.".
2. This petition is ordered accordingly.
