JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioners have been discriminated against insomuch as different basic pay has been fixed for the teachers promoted after 01.1.2006.
Sri Manish Mishra, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent nos.3 to 6.
Learned Standing Counsel is representing respondent nos.1 and 2.
Let counter affidavit be filed on behalf of respondent nos.3 to 6 as also by the Standing Counsel as to the request that distinction has been made, be filed within three weeks.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereof.
List after six weeks.
