This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed a memo along with order bearing No. CRM/46/DCP/Agneya/2018 dated 15.12.2018 issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, North East Division, removing the name of the petitioner from the rowdy list. The memo is taken on record.
2. In view of the memo filed, the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
