JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, while working as a conductor in the service of the 1st respondent was dismissed from service as per Ext.P3 order. The petitioner has challenged Ext.P3, in appeal before the 3rd respondent, by submitting Ext.P4. He seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Ext.P4, expeditiously. Adv.Sri.Babu Joseph Kuruvathazha appears for the respondents.
Since Ext.P4 is pending consideration of the 3rd respondent, this writ petition is disposed of directing the said authority to consider and pass final orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner also.
