The petitioner has preferred this writ petition against the order dated 31.10.2017 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad.
The Central Administrative Tribunal by the aforesaid order has dismissed the original application of the petitioner as barred by limitation after refusing to condone the delay in filing the original application as the cause of action for the same arose in the year 2002 and the original application was filed in the year 2017.
We do not find any error or illegality in the order of the Tribunal in rejecting the delay condonation application and consequently dismissing the original application.
The writ petition is dismissed.
