As per Office report dated 09.07.2021, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly vide its report dated 02.04.2021 has informed that the sole appellant, Suresh Chandra had died in the year 2001 during pendency of the appeal. Hence, on account of death of above mentioned appellant, the appeal has lost its efficacy.
Accordingly, the appeal on behalf of the appellant-Suresh Chandra stands abated.
Let the appeal be consigned to record.
