Heard Sri Anuj Bajpai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Kamol Kesarwani holding brief of Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for respondents no. 3, 4 & 5 and Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no. 2.
The only prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the State Public Services Tribunal to decide the petitioner's claim petition no. 1748 of 2016 (Suresh Chandra vs. State of U.P. & others).
The order sheet shows that on 31.1.2018 the petitioner had sought an adjournment and thereafter, the case was fixed for 26.2.2018. On 26.2.2018 there was a request for adjournment by the petitioner. However, it is also seen that the case was fixed for final hearing on 26.2.18.
We, therefore, request the respondent no. 1, State Public Services Tribunal to decide the case of the petitioner as far as possible within three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that no unnecessary adjournment will be granted to any of the parties by the Tribunal.
The writ petition is disposed of.
