JUDGMENT / ORDER

Substitution application has been filed to substitute petitioner no. 2 with his legal heirs. The petitioner no.2 unfortunately died on 17.10.2012.
Sri Salil Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection, if the substitution application is allowed.
The substitution application is, accordingly, allowed. The name of the applicants be brought on record as heirs of petitioner no.2 and their names be incorporated in the body of the writ petition.
List in the next cause list.
