JUDGMENT / ORDER

This criminal revision is challenging summoning order dated 03.12.2009 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Meerut in Case No. 917 of 2009 under section 138 N.I. Act, P.s. Sadar Bazar, Meerut. The submission is that the Meerut Court has no jurisdiction to try the case.
It is open for the revisionist to raise the dispute regarding jurisdiction before the Court concerned where the complaint is pending which shall decide in accordance with law. Since this has not been done, I am not inclined to interfere in this revision. Revision is hereby dismissed.
