The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, Suresh Chandra Sikarwar, in Case Crime No. 671 of 2020, under Sections- 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Sadar Bazar District- Agra.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that although applicant is named in the First Information Report but the role taking money has been assigned to the co-accused, Deepak Sikarwar,Surendra Singh and Sakil Ahmad Khan. He has not received any money.The allegation against him is that he threatened the informant when he requested for return of his money. The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 05.02.2021.
The order is confirmed.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 05.02.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
