The main grievance urged in the instant petition is in respect of History Sheet No.81-A opened against the petitioner at Police Station- Shahganj, District Agra in the year 2009. According to the petitioner, the same has been wrongly opened.
Learned A.G.A. submitted that the said aspect can be examined by respondent no.3.
Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to respondent no.3 against opening of history sheet along with true attested copy of the instant order. In that event, respondent no.3 shall consider and decide his representation by means of speaking order within next six weeks.
