Heard Sri Suresh Chandra, learned counsel for the applicant.
From the records of this application it appears that the applicant has submitted on 11.12.2017 a photostat copy of an order of the writ Court, while, the writ Court vide order dated 27.11.2017 in Writ-A No.56289 of 2017 (Suresh Chandrda Katara v. The Secretary of U.P. Basic Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad and another) directed the Secretary of U.P. Basic Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad, to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of certified copy of this order.
In view of the aforesaid, since, the certified copy of the order has not been filed by the applicant and as such this application is dismissed at this stage, leaving it open to the applicant to file a certified copy of the order of the writ Court dated 27.11.2017 along with a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned, within two weeks from today.
