Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Petition has been directed against the order dated 08.02.2018 passed by second respondent-District Supply Officer, Kannauj, suspending the fair price shop of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has already submitted the objections on 7 March 2018 and thereafter on 23 April 2018, which are pending before the second respondent.
Learned standing counsel submits that the second respondent- District Supply Officer, Kannauj, shall pass appropriate order on the representation/objection of the petitioner expeditiously.
In regard thereto, writ petition, on consent, stands disposed of directing the second respondent-District Supply Officer, Kannauj, to consider and decide the representation/objection dated 7 March 2018 of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not considered the claim and contention of the petitioner on merit.
