Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The only prayer sought by the applicant is to given a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st, District Prayagraj to decide the Complaint Case No.546 of 2015 (Suresh Chandra Chaurasia Vs. State of U.P.), under Section 392 IPC, Police Station Soraon, District Prayagraj may be decided expeditiously.
Keeping in view that the case is pending since 2015, it is expected from the learned magistrate to speed up the matter and make necessary endeavour to conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, disposed of.
