The present petition was filed in the year 1997 and on 2.5.1997, the matter was directed to be listed in the next cause list. Even notices have not been issued in the matter. Today in the revised list, no one has appeared to press this writ petition.
It appears to the Court that the matter has become infructuous and the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the cause.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous with the liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, in the event the cause of action survives.
