This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(A) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2/Additional Commissioner ,Agra Division, Agra to decide the Appeal No. C-1394/2015 (Fauran Singh vs Suresh Chand and others) under Section 331 of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act Mauja Dhanauli, Tehsil Sadar, District-Agra pending before it expeditiously within a period so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of an appeal filed by the respondent against a final decree in a suit for partition.
Under the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the respondent no. 2/Additional Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra may endeavour to decide the aforesaid appeal as expeditiously as possible.
