Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted representations to the District Inspector of Schools, Muzaffarnagar seeking principal's pay scale and other benefits. The last representation is of 18.4.2010, copy of which has been filed as annexure-11 to the writ petition.
In view of the above, the District Inspector of Schools, Muzaffarnagar is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
