1. Heard Sri Dharmendra Singhal, learned counsel for applicant; and, Sri Krishna Agarwal, leanred counsel for respondent-2 and learned AGA for State of U.P.
2. The applicant have invoked inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as "Cr.P.C.") with a prayer to quash the complaint and proceedings in Complaint Case No. 763 of 2002, under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Police Station Chhatta, District Agra, pending in the Court of XIIIth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra.
3. Learned counsel for parties state that parties have entered into compromise.
4. If that being so, parties may approach before Court below, move application along with a copy of compromise which shall be examined by Court concerned and, thereafter it shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law, expeditiously.
5. With the aforesaid observation, application stands disposed of.
