High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|22 February, 2019
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 19
Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 1159 of 2019 Petitioner :- Suresh Chand Chaturvedi Respondent :- Saligram Chaturvedi Counsel for Petitioner :- Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi
Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J.
The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the Prescribed Authority, before whom P.A. Case No.3 of 2011 is pending, to decide the same within a specified time frame.
The proceedings are pending at the behest of the petitioner and a perusal of the order sheet reveals that the defendant-tenant is contesting the proceedings. Dates are being fixed for the evidence of the defendant-tenant.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the Prescribed Authority to make serious endeavour to decide the proceedings expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
(Manoj Kumar Gupta, J) Order Date :- 22.2.2019 SL
